There are two series for your choice regarding B&B project.  They're SK Keypad and SR RFID Door Lock.  SR Sereis is more commonly used because of its convenient management.

SR Series

It utilizes RFID cards for access control and SR9 is the best-selling model.  It integrates simple design with usage convenience.  Besides, you can decide if to purchase SLS Package according to the number of rooms.  

Solution 1: If you need to manage many rooms, you can use SH Series that go with locking system to manage access and control the status of each room. 

Solution 2: If you manage only a few rooms, you can use RFID Home Door Locks to set up the authority of administrators and users and manage access easily.

Breakthrough Applications:

If the guest pays the rental fees in advance, the owner can send the room cards to the guest before he or she moves in.  The owner doesn't need to spend all day waiting for the arrival of the guest.  When the guest checks out, he or she can take the room cards home for souvenir or leave them in the room.

SK Series

They're mostly applied to small B&B with few rooms.  The owner just needs to inform the guest of room codes beforehand.  The guest doesn't need to make an appointment with the owner and ask for room keys, which not only saves valuable time of the owner but also raises the guest satisfaction.   When the guest checks out, all the owner has to do is to change room codes when he cleans the room.
